Raised in the thick of real-world operations, I started my career by rolling up my sleeves — often in restuarants, on busy event floors, or helping run hospitality venues. These early years taught me how fast things can go wrong without the right systems in place — and how much smoother things run when teams are empowered, organized, and supported.
At the same time, I pursued my studies in Mechatronic Engineering, a field that has shaped my mindset around logic, systems design, and automation. While I’m still in the process of completing the degree, the experience has deeply influenced the way I approach complex problems — balancing both hands-on practicality and technical structure.
My professional path spans a wide range of industries — from events and hospitality to consulting, mortgage, coaching, and automation. I’ve led onsite teams for 1,500-person events, designed CRM systems for lean service businesses, and developed automation solutions that save teams dozens of hours a week.
Alongside this, my engineering background has allowed me to work on process automation and systems integration with precision. I’ve gained experience in:
CRM architecture and custom workflows (GoHighLevel, Zapier, API integrations)
Onsite event logistics and operations management
Pipeline optimization for service-based businesses
Systems thinking informed by engineering principles
This combination of formal engineering training and diverse, real-world execution gives me a unique edge in designing solutions that are both scalable and immediately usable.

After years of solving operational challenges across industries — and deepening my understanding of systems through engineering studies — I founded Surge Automation to help growing businesses take control of their tools, time, and teams.
Surge is the product of everything I’ve learned: the importance of clear communication, the power of lean systems, and the value of human-centered design. My approach is rooted in listening first, building second — making sure that every CRM, workflow, and automation I implement truly solves the problems that slow people down.
I work closely with clients to understand how their business actually runs — not just how it looks on paper. From there, I design lean systems that reduce friction, automate the repetitive, and empower teams to do more with less. My philosophy is simple:
If it doesn’t make life easier, it doesn’t belong in your operations.
To help small and medium-sized businesses run smoother, scale smarter, and grow without burning out — by building systems that support people, not replace them.
